To qualify for a refund, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and with all attached tags intact. The return should be initiated within 48 hours from the delivery date.  
 

• Non-Refundable Items:  

Certain items, such as intimate wear, accessories, and personalized/customized products, are ineligible for refunds due to hygiene and personalization reasons.  
 

• Returns Procedure:  

Initiating a return is straightforward. Simply log in to your account and visit the "My Orders" section, where you can follow the provided instructions to generate a return request. Clearly state the reason for the return and attach any necessary supporting documentation. Our dedicated customer support team will thoroughly review your request and guide you through the return process.  
 

• Refunds (If Applicable):  

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and informing you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Please allow approximately (5-7) five to seven days for your refund to be processed.
